We generally act for the resident management company (RMC) or the freehold owner of the property. In short, we sit between the resident and those responsible for the maintenance of the common areas of the private estate or property.
A hands-on approach to property management ensures your buildings are maintained to the standard in which they were built, and your investment is always protected. Our daily aim is to ensure a nice place to live, and we achieve this by setting a realistic and credible service or estate charge that will cover all works required.
